I honestly can’t thank Brent Carter and his team enough for everything they did for me at such a heartbreaking and difficult time. ❤️ The gentleman who came to collect Sabre was incredibly kind, compassionate and considerate, and he was so thoughtful of my feelings throughout. I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name, but I will always remember his kindness. He even took the time to make a fuss of my donkey, knowing how much Sabre’s loss was affecting him too. That small gesture meant so much to me. 🥰 Thank you to Brent and his team for treating Sabre with such dignity and care, and for bringing him back to me in such a beautiful basket. You made an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking experience just that little bit easier for me. I’m so grateful for your kindness, understanding and compassion. Never used this company before the vets arranged it all, although I don't want too use these people again I know I will have to at some point. The man that came for our pony was so nice caring and showed a caring attitude not only to us but also our Boy. I will definitely highly recommend them
