I suddenly lost my pony yesterday. I rang Brent to arrange picking him up. Was very considerate and when they arrived to collect him it was not rushed and he treated my boy very carefully and with dignity and respect. Would definately recommend and will use again when the time comes

I would like to thank Brent and his team for the kindness and compassion they showed me . They made a difficult day a little bit more bearable knowing that they would handle my horse's final journey with care.
I got the ashes back very promptly and again it was handled with respect and compassion.

Iād used Brentās services a good few years ago now and remembered how kind and compassionate he had been when he came to my beloved horse then so had no hesitation asking for his help this time.
He was just as reassuring and although he doesnāt collect anymore, Joe is very professional and prompt.
Would wholeheartedly recommend.

We had to make the very difficult decision to let our old mare go on Monday. This was the first time we didn't have our own land so couldn't bury her at home like her old companions. Our vets recommended Brent and we are so grateful as he and his gentleman driver made a very hard day bearable. Thank you

After only 1 month of having my horse put to sleep I found myself in the position again. Having lost two horses in such a close duration is devastating. Again I was referred to Brent to collect my horse. Exactly the same process as previous. Uncomplicated, dignified and empathetic. This is why I would not use any other provider.

This was the first time I had to go through something like this so I did not no were to start Brent carter was recommended to me by 2 people after speaking on the phone I felt really happy to use his services even though this was the most difficult time the care and compassion you showed me and my pony was really comforting I canāt thank you enough I would recommend you myself and thank you so much for taking good care of Sophie till she was back with us

I have used this service 4 times now and every experience has been good. I undoubtedly will continue to use and advocate to other horse owners about how your horse and you are treated. There maybe people out there that could do it cheaper but they will never match this service. Respectful, empathetic and understanding.
